Don't shoot the messenger. :-) I will admit, the man's got my respect. He'll eat whatever anyone's serving. I'm not as brave. And Michelle, you can probably find bamboo steamers online, but I'd wait until you were in a situation where you found one. You can steam them on anything, really. Just make sure you're using some cabbage or parchment paper to keep the dough from sticking to the surface and you're good to go.
